Alan has launched his Havant Constituency Coronavirus Community Hero Awards scheme to recognise the contribution and sacrifice that many in our community have made.
If you know someone who has made a contribution to helping the vulnerable or those in need, please nominate them to recognise and thank them for all that they have done. It could be an individual, business, community group or voluntary body that deserves recognition.
Alan wants to say a special thank you to everyone who has been volunteering through his Local Volunteer Network. Thanks to your commitment we have helped with shopping, picked up prescriptions, telephone befriended and completed thousands of other miscellaneous tasks for several hundred people throughout the Havant Constituency. Outside of this Network, many of you have also helped your neighbours, family and friends during this difficult time. The Coronavirus Community Hero Awards are about recognising these contributions.
