Oppose Havant Borough Council's Car Park Cash Grab

Labour, Liberal Democrat and Green controlled Havant Borough Council want to introduce parking charges at five additional sites across the Havant Constituency, in Emsworth, Hayling Island and Purbrook.

They also want to introduce charges across all HBC car parks on Sundays and remove the ability to use card payments.
